Piri Piri

DESCRIPTION

Inspired by Portuguese-style sauce, our Piri-Piri, made with Scotch Bonnet Pepper, was created in the summer of 2024. It offers well-balanced heat with a texture and viscosity that few sauces worldwide can match. With sweet notes, lemon concentrate acidity, and annatto (achiote). Suggested pairing: roast chicken and chicken tacos.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Seasoned vinegar (vinegar, salt, pepper, and cumin), scotch bonnet pepper mash (scotch bonnet and vinegar), virgin olive oil, brown sugar, annatto, garlic powder, salt, lime juice, and cumin.
