DESCRIPTION

Made with curry, Honduran pineapple, sweet mango, tangy blackberry, lemon, a touch of passion fruit, Szechuan peppercorn, and Scotch Bonnet Pepper. Winner of 2nd place in the Fruit Sauce-Hot category at the Scovies 2022 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Suggested pairing: Indian dishes, refried beans, and basmati rice.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Scotch bonnet pepper mash (scotch bonnet and vinegar), mango, pineapple, blackberries, apple cider vinegar, curry paste (shallots, dried red chilis (20%), lemongrass, salt, galangal, kaffir lime peel, spices (cumin powder, coriander seeds)), raw cone sugar, lime juice, salt, and garlic.
